Relakstacja is located in the quiet village of Mieroszyno — just a few minutes from Jastrzębia Góra, Rozewie, Władysławowo and the wide, sandy beaches of the Baltic. It's the perfect place for anyone who wants to relax away from the holiday crowds while still having the region's best attractions within easy reach.

Within a dozen or so kilometres you'll find scenic cliffs, lighthouses, nature reserves, cycling routes, family amusement parks, museums, water parks and charming seaside towns. Whatever the weather or season, there's something here for everyone — from quiet walks and time on the beach to active pursuits and attractions for the whole family.

We've gathered both the region's most popular attractions and some lesser-known gems, so you can discover the charm of the Polish coast from a slightly different perspective.

1.1. The beach in Chłapowo Valley

One of the most beautiful beaches near Mieroszyno. The way there leads through the scenic Chłapowo Valley Nature Reserve, whose tall walls are covered in lush greenery. The walk itself is an attraction, giving you a real feel for the special character of this place.

This is the best and closest beach to Relakstacja — great for families with small children and for people using strollers or bikes. A comfortable, gentle path with no stairs leads to the beach, so getting there is easy even with a stroller or a bike.

A small beach at the foot of a high cliff, charming for its intimate character. Stairs lead down to the beach, which keeps it noticeably quieter than the larger bathing spots.

Right above the cliff is the popular Bar na Skarpie, offering one of the most beautiful views of the Baltic Sea. It's a great spot for an evening coffee or dinner while watching the sunset.

The beaches just before Karwia are among our favourites. You can leave the car along the road, and reaching the beach takes only a few minutes — no need to trek down long forest paths loaded with windbreaks and bags.

The beach is framed by a beautiful pine forest that gives pleasant shade even on hot days. Nearby is the mouth of the Czarna Wda river, where children love to play in the shallow water.

1.4. Dębki beach

One of the widest beaches on the Polish coast. Bright sand, broad dunes and the mouth of the Piaśnica river create a striking landscape. The beach is very extensive, so even in high season you can find a quieter spot.

1.5. Rewa beach and the Rewa Spit

A unique spot on Puck Bay. The main draw is the Rewa Spit — a natural sandbar reaching far out into the sea. Walking along it feels like walking through the middle of the bay.

It's also one of the best places to watch kitesurfers and windsurfers, and to enjoy beautiful sunsets.

2. Cycling routes

2.1. Mieroszyno → Ostrowo

Length: about 6 km

A short, very easy route along quiet roads and cycle paths. Perfect for a family trip to the beach.

2.2. Mieroszyno – Swarzewo

Length: about 8 km

The route runs along comfortable cycle paths and quiet local roads. Along the way you can admire fields, meadows and views of Puck Bay. In Swarzewo it's worth visiting the marina, the pier and the rental point for kayaks and pedal boats. There's a beach by the marina.

2.3. Mieroszyno – Karwia

Length: about 10 km

An easy route via Ostrowo. Most of it runs along cycle paths or lightly trafficked roads.

Ride to the Władysławowo–Jastrzębia Góra cycle route, then continue from Jastrzębia Góra onto the cycle path along Żarnowcowa street.

A great option for families with children. The route partly follows the Czarna Wda river and crosses fields — including lavender fields, which make a lovely photo backdrop.

2.4. Mieroszyno → Kłanino

Length: about 11 km

A scenic route through fields and forests. The main destination is the Armour Museum in Kłanino.

2.5. Mieroszyno – Puck

Length: about 16 km

The route runs through Swarzewo towards Puck Bay. Along the way you can stop at the marina in Swarzewo before continuing on to Puck's market square and pier.

2.6. Mieroszyno – Dębki

Length: about 22 km

A scenic route through Jastrzębia Góra, Ostrowo and Karwia, passing beautiful forests and wide beaches. A great choice for a full-day trip. In Dębki you can rest on the beach at the mouth of the Piaśnica, climb the Rybaczówka tower, or head to the Linowo rope park with its 100 m zip line.

2.7. Mieroszyno – Hel

Length: about 47 km

One of the most beautiful cycling routes on the Baltic. It runs almost entirely on dedicated cycle paths through Władysławowo, Chałupy, Kuźnica, Jastarnia and Jurata, all the way to Hel.

Tip: in high season it's worth booking a bike spot on the train back in advance — or take the train to Hel first and cycle back.

2.8. Mieroszyno – Tricity

Length: about 55 km

A route for more experienced cyclists, running through Puck and Rewa towards Gdynia, Sopot and Gdańsk. Most of it can be ridden on cycle paths.

3. Rozewie

Rozewie is a place where history meets the beauty of nature. High cliffs, old forests and Poland's oldest lighthouse make it a must on any trip.

3.1. Rozewie Lighthouse

The oldest lighthouse on the Polish coast has been operating continuously since the 19th century. The viewing terrace offers a panorama of the Baltic Sea and the surrounding forests. The building houses a museum devoted to the history of Polish lighthouse-keeping.

3.2. Rozewie Butterfly House

Colourful butterflies from all over the world fly freely among exotic plants. A small but fascinating attraction, especially for younger visitors.

3.3. The Upside-Down House

A house where everything is on the ceiling. Walking through the inverted rooms is great fun and makes for some original photos.

3.4. Bar Skarpa Rozewie

A bar set on the cliff, with a beautiful view. You can relax with a drink while the kids play on the playground. There's a way down to a lovely, intimate beach right by the bar — the number of steps can be a sporting challenge!

4. Jastrzębia Góra

Jastrzębia Góra is one of the best-known seaside towns in Poland. It's famous for its high cliffs, beautiful viewpoints and spectacular sunsets.

4.1. The Cliff and Światowid Promenade

The heart of Jastrzębia Góra. The promenade walk takes you past numerous restaurants, cafés and shops. In the evening the place comes alive, and the sunsets seen from the cliff are among the most beautiful on the whole Polish coast.

Tip! The best sunset spots in the area are on the beach or on the cliff in Jastrzębia Góra.

4.2. North Star

North Star is a stone obelisk marking Poland's northernmost point. It's located in the centre of Jastrzębia Góra, just a few minutes' walk from the Światowid Promenade and the cliff coast. It's one of the most photographed spots in the area and a must-see when visiting the town.

4.3. Lisi Jar (Fox Ravine)

Lisi Jar is a picturesque ravine over 300 metres long, lined with age-old beech trees, leading from Jastrzębia Góra towards the beach. Walking the shaded path is a great way to escape the summer heat and soak up the special atmosphere of the coastal forest. According to local tradition, this is where King Sigismund III Vasa is said to have come ashore on his return from Sweden. Today Lisi Jar is one of the most beautiful walking spots on the Polish coast, especially on hot days.

4.4. Wax Museum

The museum displays realistic figures of well-known personalities from film, music, sport and history. An interesting attraction for the whole family, especially on less sunny days.

5. Władysławowo

Władysławowo is one of the most popular resorts on the Polish coast. It combines wide, sandy beaches with a fishing port, numerous restaurants, cafés and attractions for the whole family. It's a place where you can spend a whole day — from a morning walk on the beach to an evening dinner overlooking the sea.

5.1. Viewing Tower at the Fisherman's House

The viewing tower atop the Fisherman's House offers one of the finest panoramas of the Polish coast. On a clear day you can admire the Baltic Sea, Puck Bay, the Hel Peninsula and the surrounding towns. A great place to start exploring Władysławowo and spot from above the places worth visiting.

5.2. Hallerówka Museum

The former summer residence of General Józef Haller. The museum tells the story of Poland regaining access to the sea and the life of one of the most important heroes of 20th-century Polish history. A well-kept garden surrounds the intimate museum — a lovely spot to rest for a while.

An interactive exhibition full of optical illusions, mirrors and experiments that will surprise children and adults alike. A fun place to learn interesting facts about how human sight and perception work.

One of Władysławowo's calling cards. Moored fishing cutters, the smell of the sea and the chance to watch the fishermen at work create a unique atmosphere. Nearby are numerous fish-fry stalls and stands selling fish fresh from the catch.

5.5. Tarzan Park Rope Park

Several courses of varying difficulty make the park suitable for both younger and older children as well as adults. A great choice for anyone who enjoys active leisure.

5.6. Avenue of Sport Stars

A walk along the promenade lets you see stars commemorating Poland's most outstanding athletes. A must-see when visiting Władysławowo.

5.7. COS Cetniewo swimming pool

6. Puck

Puck charms visitors with a calmer atmosphere than the seaside resorts. It's a historic town on Puck Bay, known for its beautiful market square, marina and excellent conditions for water sports.

The historic market square with colourful tenement houses and numerous restaurants forms the heart of the town. In summer, concerts and outdoor events are often held here.

A walk along the pier lets you admire the panorama of Puck Bay and the many yachts moored in the marina. One of the best places to watch the sunset over the bay.

7. Swarzewo

Located on Puck Bay, Swarzewo is a quiet town known for its marina, water sports and beautiful views. A great place for anyone who values active leisure.

7.2. Pier and beach

A small beach and pier offer beautiful views over Puck Bay. An ideal spot for a quiet walk or a rest away from the crowds.

8. Rzucewo

Rzucewo is a small town on Puck Bay, known for its beautiful palace, historic park and unique history connected to ancient seal hunters.

8.2. Seal Hunters' Settlement

A quiet beach with a small pier is a great place to relax away from the bustle of the popular resorts. In the evening you can admire beautiful sunsets over Puck Bay.

9. Reda

Reda is one of the best options for a family outing, especially when the weather isn't right for the beach. It's home to one of the most modern water parks in Poland, plus several attractions you can fit into a single day.

9.1. Aquapark Reda

One of Pomerania's biggest attractions. The complex offers numerous leisure pools, slides, a lazy river, paddling pools for the youngest and an extensive sauna zone. The most distinctive attraction is a slide that runs through a shark aquarium. A place where you can easily spend the whole day with the family.

9.2. Papugarnia Reda (parrot house)

Colourful macaws, cockatoos and many other parrot species can be observed up close. The birds happily perch on visitors' shoulders, and feeding them is a joy for children and adults alike.

An exhibition of exotic reptiles and amphibians from around the world. You can see pythons, boas, lizards and turtles, among others. An interesting option for nature lovers.

10. Wejherowo

Wejherowo is known as the spiritual capital of Kashubia. A town full of greenery, historic sites and recreational attractions, equally good for a family walk or a full-day trip.

One of the most beautiful parks in Pomerania. Wide avenues, ponds and a historic palace make it a perfect spot for a quiet walk. The palace houses the Museum of Kashubian-Pomeranian Writing and Music.

10.3. Wejherowo Calvary

A complex of Baroque chapels set on forested hills. One of the most important pilgrimage sites in Pomerania, and at the same time a beautiful area for walking, with numerous viewpoints.

11. Hel

The Hel Peninsula is a place worth visiting at least once during your stay on the Baltic. Getting there is an attraction in itself — the route runs along a narrow strip of land between the open sea and the calm waters of Puck Bay. Hel enchants with wide beaches, history, a lighthouse and a unique atmosphere.

11.1. University of Gdańsk Seal Sanctuary (Fokarium)

Hel's best-known attraction. The Fokarium runs a protection and rehabilitation programme for grey seals living in the Baltic. During the feeding shows you can learn many interesting facts about these remarkable animals and watch them up close.

Tip! Go during feeding hours — that's when the seals do tricks!

11.2. Hel Lighthouse

At over 40 metres tall, the lighthouse is one of Hel's symbols. The viewing terrace offers a panorama of the whole peninsula, the Baltic Sea and the Gulf of Gdańsk.

11.3. Coastal Defence Museum

One of the most interesting military museums in Poland. Visitors can explore bunkers, artillery positions, a fire-control tower, military exhibits and displays devoted to the defence of Hel in 1939.

A modern exhibition devoted to the town's history, the natural environment of the peninsula and the culture of its inhabitants. The museum is housed in a former German bunker from the Second World War.

11.5. Shipwreck and coastal fortifications

While strolling around Hel it's worth visiting the remains of former military fortifications and seeing historic structures scattered across the peninsula. A unique spot for history and photography enthusiasts.

12. Rumia

A blend of a mini zoo and an amusement park. You can meet lemurs and other exotic animals, plus enjoy playgrounds, mazes, mini golf and a relaxation zone.

13. Rewa

Rewa is famous for its unique Rewa Spit, known locally as Szpyrek. It's a natural sandbar reaching far into Puck Bay, which can be walked along in favourable conditions. The beach is shallow and calm, making it popular with families with children. It's also one of the best places to watch windsurfers and kitesurfers.

14. Lake Żarnowieckie

Lake Żarnowieckie is the largest lake in Pomerania, just a few dozen minutes from Mieroszyno. It's a great place for a quiet walk, time by the water and water sports; nearby you'll also find the Żarnowiec pumped-storage power plant and the Kashubian Eye viewing tower, so you can combine relaxation with an interesting excursion.

Poland's largest pumped-storage power plant is an impressive example of modern engineering. It's worth seeing both the lower and upper reservoirs and learning how this remarkable facility works.

14.2. “Kashubian Eye” viewing tower

This 44-metre tower offers sweeping views over the forests, lakes and hills of Kashubia. Next to it is a recreational park with a playground, making it a great stop on a family trip.

15. Armour Museum in Kłanino

An impressive collection of military vehicles, tanks and armoured transporters. Many exhibits can be viewed up close, which children especially enjoy.

Tip: it's worth coming by bike, as a nice cycle path leads to the museum.

Sławutowo Slavic Settlement

A reconstruction of a medieval Slavic settlement. Visitors can see old huts, craft workshops and take part in displays of traditional trades and everyday life. A great history lesson for the whole family.

Czarogrody

A fairytale park full of magical decorations, puzzles and interactive attractions. A stroll among fantastical characters and scenery sparks the imagination of children and adults alike.

Park Ewolucji (Evolution Park)

One of the biggest family attractions in Kashubia. Visitors can enjoy dinosaur models, a 7D cinema, prehistoric exhibits, a rollercoaster, trampolines and numerous playgrounds. A place where education meets great fun.

Ocean Park

A theme park devoted to sea and ocean life. The biggest draw is the huge life-size models of whales and other marine animals. Children can also enjoy playgrounds, a mini zoo and numerous educational attractions.

Lunapark Sowińskiego

The largest funfair in the area offers carousels, roller coasters, bumper cars and numerous attractions for children and adults. In the evening the park lights up with thousands of lights, creating a special atmosphere.

One of the most scenic kayaking routes in Pomerania. The calm current flows through forests and meadows all the way to where the river meets the Baltic Sea. Suitable for beginners just starting out with kayaking too.

19. Lakes

Lake Dobre

Lake Dobre is a peaceful body of water surrounded by forests and meadows, ideal for those seeking quiet and contact with nature. Light tourist traffic makes it a great spot for a walk, fishing or a moment's rest away from the seaside resorts.

Lake Orle

Lake Orle is a scenic body of water set among the forests of Puszcza Darżlubska. It's popular with local residents, who often choose it for walks, cycling trips and time outdoors in nature.

Lake Żarnowieckie

Lake Żarnowieckie is the largest lake in Pomerania and one of the most interesting recreational spots in the region. It offers excellent conditions for sailing, kayaking and windsurfing, and nearby you'll find the Żarnowiec pumped-storage power plant and the Kashubian Eye viewing tower, so you can combine active leisure with sightseeing.
